The Gverovic Orsan resturant menu offer includes various seafood dishes, some meat dishes, rich palette of salads and other vegetables, and special deserts. All meals which are served in  the restaurant are prepared in a traditional Dalmatian way, the way our Grandmothers used to cook. The house specialty of the Gverovic Orsan restaurant is their famous black risotto which is different from everything that you have tasted ever before.

Restaurant Gverovic-Orsan offers more than 120 different kinds of white and red wine from Croatian Posip and Dingac, to Italian Gaja’s Chardonnay, to French Chablis.

Wine producer Vujnovic from the island of Hvar produces wine exclusively for Gverovic Orsan, and bottles it in special blue bottles labeled Gverovic- Orsan .

If you ever visit Gverovic-Orsan restaurant, do not miss the chance to taste:

Milk Fish Salad - a small fish, not bigger than one centimeter, cooked and dressed with olive  oil and other dressings.

Black Risotto Orsan - shrimps and four kind of shells, sautéed in wine lemon, then mixed with rice and covered with delicious sauce made from the jet-black ink of the Adriatic squid.

Seafood Gnocci - homemade gnocci in shrimp sauce.

Motar salad - the salad made of the pland which grows only at rocks very close to the Sea.

And for dessert homemade cherry pie or Dubrovnik’s rozata ,  a kind of cream  caramel.
